Employment Opportunity: Intelligence Operator Positions in Punjab Police Special Branch

Applications are invited through a recent newspaper announcement for Intelligence Operator positions within the Special Branch of Punjab Police. Prospective candidates must hold a Punjab domicile to qualify for application.

Punjab Police is tasked with the vital role of curbing and managing all forms of criminal activity within the province of Punjab, Pakistan. The primary objective of Punjab Police is to uphold and enforce the rule of law for the welfare of the citizens throughout the state.

Applicants should hold a minimum of an Intermediate qualification from a recognized board to be considered for the advertised positions. Both males and females are encouraged to apply. The deadline for applications is December 20, 2023.

Candidates domiciled in all districts of Punjab are eligible to receive a three-year contract on a renewable basis through open merit at the Punjab level. The proposal includes a 15 percent quota for women and a 5 percent quota for minorities.

• The total number of positions available for Intelligence Operators is 225.

The age relaxation limit for Intelligence Operators in the Special Branch of the Punjab Police is between 18 and 25 years.
